Delivery Policies

1. The Architiles Group is not responsible for failure to comply with deadlines

delivery, especially in the following examples, but not limited to:

delivery address entered incorrectly, incomplete, out of date,

address with delivery restriction by the carrier, either because it is a region

risky or inaccessible, absent Customer, refusal to receive the products due to

part of the Customer or third parties located at the delivery address, change

address without due notification to the Architiles Group, addresses

closed, in unforeseeable circumstances, force majeure and acts of third parties. In no way

delivery times for products sold by partner stores (Marketplace).

2. The Architiles Group is not responsible for failure to meet the deadline

established when the Customer resides in risk areas or in areas

3. The Customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for new postage

commercial demand, such as the Christmas period, deadlines for

Delivery may change due to high demand.

5. For Digital Products, delivery of the product is made upon availability

of the Gift Card redemption key in the Architiles customer registration email. 

The Architiles Group is not responsible for the retention of goods at SEFAZ

when this is exclusively due to an obligation imposed by the Administration

Public to the Customer, therefore, it is necessary for them to appear at the tax office

for the merchandise to be released, considering that in these cases the

information regarding releases and payments is only passed on to

interested parties.
