1. Order Placement

Orders will only be considered valid when placed through our official website https://www.compreajato.com ("official website") or through our iOS, Android, and Mobile platforms. The Architiles Group does not recognize and is not responsible for any purchases made on any other website other than its official website, or for any alterations and/or fraud that may occur on the Customer's computer, tablet, cell phone, and/or any other means of accessing the internet. For security reasons, to create a registration with the Architiles Group, it is necessary to include a valid email address. Temporary email addresses and/or those with nonexistent extensions (incorrect domains) are not considered valid addresses, will prevent the completion of the customer's registration and its cancellation by the Architiles Group.

2. Order Confirmation

ATTENTION: The Customer must monitor the receipt of the order confirmation email mentioned above and verify if the order corresponds exactly to the purchase made. If there is any discrepancy, the Customer must contact us through our Customer Service Channels for analysis and possible internal correction. The same applies if, after 24 hours, the Customer has not received the order confirmation email.

3. Legal Entity Customers

Notice to Legal Entity Customers: The Architiles Group has several Distribution Centers, for this reason, the order may be shipped from one of the Distribution Centers located in a State (UF) different from that of the legal entity that made the purchase, thus, in interstate operations, a differential ICMS tax rate may be charged by the destination State of the merchandise. This legal obligation is provided for in the current tax legislation and is the responsibility of the purchasing legal entity, which is why the Architiles Group is not responsible for the payment and/or release of products retained at tax barriers. 4. Delivery and Availability

To better serve its customers, the Architiles Group has storage and distribution centers in various locations. Thus, the delivery time and freight value may vary depending on the location where the products are stored, made available, and/or from where they will be sent, so that similar deliveries may have different delivery times and final values, due to the cost of shipping for delivery, as well as some products may have temporary unavailability for delivery to certain locations. The Architiles Group does not guarantee that all products will be available for delivery in all locations. To find out if the desired product is available for delivery at your address, consult your ZIP code in the product advertisement in question.

5. Tax Refunds

The Architiles Group has several legal disputes regarding the refund of taxes paid in excess or unduly and, according to the National Tax Code, for such refunds to be effective, the final consumer's agreement is fundamental. Thus, by making purchases at Architiles Group and, therefore, accepting the site's policies, you expressly authorize the Architiles Group to fully refund to you the amounts subject to any reimbursement.

6. End Consumer Use

Notice to Customers: The Architiles Group sells its products exclusively for the use and consumption of its customers, that is, for final consumers, and is not intended for distribution and/or resale in any format. In this sense, all its customers, both individuals and legal entities, declare that the purchases made at the Architiles Group are exclusively for their own use and consumption, being these final consumers of the products.

7. Price and Delivery Variations

Products may have different prices, freight values, and delivery dates, even if the purchase occurs in the same order, considering those sold and delivered by the Architiles Group and those sold and delivered by Partner Stores, in accordance with clause 10 of this Policy.

8. Gift Card

The Customer must pay attention, before finalizing the purchase, to the conditions of the product detailed in the advertisement, especially but not limited to: value, form of use, term of use, and technical conditions.
