1. DATA SUBJECT: A natural person to whom the personal data that is the object of processing refers. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING ("PROCESSING"): Any operation performed with personal data, such as those referring to collection, production, reception, classification, use, access, reproduction, transmission, distribution, processing, archiving, storage, elimination, evaluation, control of information, modification, communication, transfer, dissemination or extraction. ELECTRONIC PORTAL USERS: For the purposes of this Policy, these are occasional visitors to the electronic portal or Federal Public Ministry websites, such as interested parties, servers, employees, collaborators, interns, or any other user.  

3. Scope This Policy establishes the information related to the use of cookies on the Federal Public Ministry's websites, especially regarding the relationship with users' personal data during their browsing.
